Helping to launch a new mediation service

Smart Talking is a new Leeds-based mediation service that aims to help aggrieved parties avoid costly legal proceedings. Targeting domestic, workplace and civil disputes, Smart Talking aims to help all parties find agreeable solutions before heading to court.

We were tasked with creating a professional, informative yet sympathetic website along side a suite of infomative brochures and explanatory videos, using a palette of soft colours with an emphasis on positive discussion.

We also created a suite of illustrations, animations and graphics to help break up the often wordy (yet essential) content, and make it more digestable.
