Award winning branding, illustrations and communications for new legal service
ReviewMyClaim is an online service for people who have been left disillusioned by their experience of the legal system - either by poor service, insufficient compensation or errors made by their solicitors.
The logo incorporates a magnifying glass graphic to illustrate the investigational nature of the service and also enlarges the ‘My’ emphasising the personal help available.
To avoid the usual ‘stuffy’ imagery associated with solicitors, we created a suite of illustrated scenarios, influenced by other public service providers such as Lloyds bank and BT. They needed to sum up the frustrations of potential clients in an eye-catching style without being too irreverent. The resulting images are used across both on and offline materials, including an animation.
